All-gender housing

The South Village and Simcoe Village Residence offer gender-inclusive housing to acknowledge the diverse needs of the residential community which cannot be met with traditional gender-based housing.

Gender-inclusive housing is an opt-in process offered through the roommate section of the Housing Portal, which becomes available to students who have completed all of their residence application steps in late July or early August. Students will have the option to select mixed-gendered housing, view profiles, and chat with students who have selected the same housing preference as them.

For more information about the gender-inclusive housing, please visit the residence website at ontariotechuresidence.ca or email the residence at info@dc-otresidence.ca.

To apply to the residence, go to the Housing Portal.
